The name of this diminutive Spring wildflower says it all…. A very warm early June day at Rauhallinen Farm with temps matching Miami, which does not happen very often here in the Northwoods. Too hot to be out for more than a hour of yard work at a time, so I will use that as an excuse to photograph some botanicals in the studio for a bit..
Very much looking forward to my trip to the bay area of California to see my son, his wife, and my new granddaughter, Rose, in a month. Dr. Eric is going to have me drop him off at work one day and take his car to Point Reyes to photograph the Pacific, cliffs, and beach oddities. Will also visit San Francisco and a few other key places, in addition to taking Rose for many stroller walks.
“if we spend our days waiting for fabulous roses, we could miss the beauty and wonder of the tiny forget-me-nots that are all around us.”
― Dieter F. Uchtdorf, Forget Me Not
Rest in Peace Dr. John…
