The Rolleicord Vb came back from further repair and while the film spacing issue is not perfect, I managed all twelve frames on a roll, which is an improvement. 50 year old cameras require some TLC. The Rolleicord was the consumer version of the Rolleiflex, and the Vb was the flagship model and the last in production. This one is fitted with a Maxwell Hi Lux screen, which makes viewing as bright as my Hasselblad. The feature that I enjoy the most about the Rolleicord, is how light it is. My friend, who recently acquired a Yashica Mat 124G, would find the 75mm Schneider Xenar on this camera to be equivalent, both being fine examples of the four element Tessar design.
