I photographed both Saturday and Sunday, which is a blessing this time of the year in the Upper Peninsula. Saturday morning I visited the Black River below Rainbow Falls to see if the Spring torrent has started. While the river was not as wild as it will get following more break up and melt, I made some nice images with the Harman Titan 4x5 pinhole, as well as the Hasselblad and Rolleicord. Today I visited rural Ontonagon County with the Hasselblad and photographed old fence lines, barns, and farms. Everything is developed , scanned, and post processed. I shot only Portra 160 color negative film and find it a pleasant break from my standard black and white films (Tri-X, Fomapan 100, etc.). Back to work in the morning with little or no shooting until next weekend. Have a good week.
