Sometimes too much of a good thing can inhibit the creative processes, even when the right side of the brain is ready to dance. Today it was snow. I drove two and a half hours North to my beloved Keweenaw Peninsula to work with the Hasselblad today, to find just TOO much snow to get around, even with my Northern Lites snowshoes. Managed to grab a roll of Tri-x nonetheless, but could not get to my intended locations. Living so close, unlike coming here on vacation like I did for decades, means just waiting a few weeks.
“The two hardest tests on the spiritual road are the patience to wait for the right moment and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.”
