Each spring (if you want to call it that...here in the Upper Peninsula it is just late winter), these Crocus are the first to bloom on my nightly three mile walk. The Trout Lily leaves are emerging, preparing for their diminutive and showy yellow flowers in later May. I see how someone came up with the name, as if I squint, it looks like brook trout emerging from the damp wetlands.
Nice to have the Polaroids working again. The impossible Project has changed their name to Polaroid Originals. They are always further developing their film and I think their current color offering is a step forward.
