Sitting here Saturday morning with my second cup of Joe, reading the news, and trying to acquire the necessary motivation to go out into the heat and humidity to finish weeding. I must use the reinforcer that the light is perfect for making photographs to hurry along. I will conclude reading "Seven Years in Tibet" this evening, which has been an enjoyable and educating read on the secretive country and the current reincarnation-14th Dalai Lama, as a child. The movie with Brad Pitt as as the author, Austrian mountain climber, Heinrich Harrer, who escapes from at WWII prisoner of war camp in India and makes his way to Lhasa and befriends the young man-god of Tibetans, takes place in the late 40's. A film well worth watching with exceptional acting. A true story.
