Trying to get as many spring projects done before surgery on May 9th as I can accomplish, as well as all the time in the woods with my camera gear that I can manage. I will be here for the opening day of trout season (always the last saturday in April), which in the Upper Peninsula, along with deer season, is a religious holiday of sorts for some of us. I am able to accomplish the short casts that are used in tight spots while wading as I can use my good arm and have the lame one come along for the ride. I have figured out so many adaptive skills since the first surgery I am hoping those generalize to what I want to be the last one.
