Good morning fellow early riser. If you were here I would share this bacon and brocoli omelet and homeade honey whole wheat toasted bread while we planned a river adventure with the holgas in tow (and perhaps a couple of Polaroids).
At the end of the afternoon yesterday, the sun finally dodged behind cloud cover and I took a quick trip over to the Montreal River (spooky woods) to test another roll, this time with the aperture closed all the way down to F/32. As other Holga Angulon owners have reported, it appears to offer the best sharpness. Funny, on any other lens this would result in diffraction and slight image degradation.
Nice to see Pink Floyd co-founder and bassist, Roger Waters touring again and releasing a new solo album later this year. This concert footage of "Time" from Dark Side of the Moon played before a stadium crowd of 300,000 in Mexico City demonstrates he still has it. Our Hispanic neighbors appear to be beyond thrilled to see and hear this icon that I first saw at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit on July 12, 1968 (with the whole group). A shame he and David Gilmour can't get along so that the real Floyd could reunite.
