Impossible Project also makes Black Frame SX-70 film, which on photos like this, is more pleasing and offers more contrast to a soft image. I adore the pastel-like look of this film when everything lines up. Impossible Project just released their own instant film camera, the I-1, which became available May 10 for around $300. I will wait for user reviews and look at Flickr prints as they become available across the next few months. The camera has a blue tooth application that allows you to use your phone to make adjustments in shutter speed, F-Stop, shoot remotely, etc. Just the type of thing that I am not interested in, having to take a cell phone on a photographic outing. However, I will check it out-if the lens were much superior, I may consider. In the meantime, my 40 year old marvel of engineering produces exceptional prints and cost half of that price, completely refurbished with new skin.
