No work with the camera today, just printing holiday cards and inside chores. The snow came earlier than predicted and it started the minute I started to load to photo gear into the Toyota. This image will be used for holiday greeting cards this year. Some years back I used another image from this location taken with a Mamiya 7II and 80mm lens, that negative being much wider. I feel a bit lost without the 150mm (moderately wide with the 5x7), but SK Grimes should receive it tomorrow and hopefully the Copal 0 shutter can be rehabed via a simple clean, lube, and adjust. A favorite saying of my crumudgeon friend Tom, is.... "If it is made by man, it will break..."
"When you lose someone, you get used to living day to day without them. But you'll never get used to the ten second heartbreak." That's the time it takes to wake to full consciousness each day and remember." Nina Guilbeau
