Fog makes for magical light, but can present challenges in the areas of focusing and contrast. Middle grey (Zone V) is the predominant value, which seems to lend to underexposure if one does not meter accordingly. Difficult to see to focus in dim light on F/9 or F/8.5 lenses. I ended up shooting four 4x5 exposures and eight 5x7 exposures (which I will start on tonight, having finished the 4x5's yesterday). It will take four days to complete the 5x7's, as I can do two at a time in the film development tube.
