Finished putting in the last of the perennial beds in the front yard today. Hauled the rock from the old piles in the woods using the tractor and my ice fishing sled. Less than half the time it took with the wheelbarrow and the long walk back down the trail. Don't ask why I didn't think of that two years back and who knows how many wheelbarrow trips. The Creeping Bellflowers have joined the wildflower parade on the Southern fenceline, next to the remaining Harebells. I have to be careful when I mow there.
