My 63 year old ass is dragging a bit tonight after wading two rivers, one of which (Tyler Forks, Ashland County, WI) was the most challenging to stay standing upright in I have yet encountered in decades of trout fishing. Large and small boulders made footing a challenge every inch of the way. No complaints, other than one fall and banging up a knee and hand, as I had my limit by 0930. Fished my old spot near the headwaters of the Black River and left with my limit there too. Two states and two limits-followed by grilled trout, onion, celery and Pico De Gallo. Life is good in the Northwoods
