This series of exposures from Little Girl's Point taken late Sunday afternoon will be one of the last on ice trips of the winter, as we are in the midst of a major melt. I know I have Spring Fever, as I purchased flower seed online and at the feed store today (was able to refrain from seed starting trays until they are needed in April). Each year since purchasing the farm, I have added new perennial landscaping and this year will be a continuation of this work in progress. With over an acre of yard, I will be busy for a number of years to come. Benny and I took our first "around the block" evening walk since the beginning of winter yesterday (a 55 minute walk around 320 acres of forest and farmland). We were both giddy at being out in the warm air.
